1- Every publisher is regarded as member of Link2AD advertising network. This membership will be taken over by the publisher to display all Link2AD’s banner into his/her site.
2- Network Member doesn’t have a right to halt the membership or to stop dealing with Link2AD, with exception that the Network Member informs Link2AD about this decision before one month at least.
3- Link2AD must be informed for maintenance, construction works which are taking place in the publisher’s website or any cases that the website might be down temporary or permanently. 
4- Display our ads as a result of the actions of any software application such as a toolbar. No Link2AD ad code may be pasted into any software application. We may not accept sites that are associated with some types of client-side software or offer these types of client-side software.
5- Link2AD does NOT accept websites that produce, provide or link to:
 • Adult content
 • Sexual content
 • Profanity
 • Illegal drugs or related content
 • Hatred speech or hatred graphics content
In addition, website that:
 • Engage in, promote, or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as pirating, hacking, spamming and infecting.
 • Are under construction.
6- Link2AD uses coast per thousand (CPM) model. The CPM model calculates cost based on the number of views received by a webpage displaying an ad. Publishers are paid for thousand visitors that views an ad (or shows the page including the ad). Our goal is to enable web masters to generate maximum revenue from their advertising space by allowing clients' ads to appear there. Payment is made per two months.
7- Sort of limitations has been sat to ensure that every user is browsing and showing the pages normally without intensive browsing for which the user is seeking to increase impressions by using  software, or to refresh the web page manually. For this reason and to prevent these illegal attempts, every banner won’t be displayed more than 5 times.
8- Calculating views will be conducted automatically. No one will be able to modify or to change the results or statistics
9- Views numbers that have been calculated by Link2AD are not necessary the same for that Cpanel calculated. There will be differences between two statistics due to limitation that have been sat. 
10- Publisher’s site will be inserted into Link2AD website, which is mean increasing traffic to this site throughout Link2AD.
11- After joining Link2AD as Network Member, a network member account will be created by Link2AD. This account allows network member to log in to his/her account and monitor the website performance using Link2AD’s panel.
